Manage and organize executives' schedules and appointments ? Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas ? Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of executives ? Maintain filing systems and ensure information is up-to-date ? Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed ? Prepare presentations and reports for meetings ? Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping Skills, Knowledge and Expertise ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred ?
