In this position, you will actively contribute to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability by engaging potential customers nationwide and enrolling them in our current programs. Position Type: Full-time... Remote Responsibilities: ? Engage potential customers through phone calls and emails, effectively communicating the advantages of energy efficiency programs. ? Build rapport and foster relationships with customers by attentively listening to their concerns and addressing them appropriately. ? Achieve and surpass sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and techniques to drive enrollment in energy efficiency programs. ? Utilize CRM software to accurately record customer interactions and maintain sales activity records. ? Stay updated on industry trends and developments, constantly enhancing sales pitches to cater to evolving customer needs. ? Contribute to team growth and personal development by attending team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: ? Proven track record of success in sales, preferably with experience in meeting or exceeding targets. ?
